FINFROCK’s Bill Finfrock Makes Florida 600

A Vanderbilt-trained civil engineer with an MBA from Rollins College, Finfrock manages the process of business and project development at the family construction firm that his grandfather started more than 75 years ago. Finfrock is the largest single source provider of precast buildings in the state and the leading design-builder of parking structures in the nation.

The company uses patented precast concrete components that can be assembled almost like Lego blocks. The firm is in growth mode, announcing earlier this year plans to open a $36-million manufacturing operation in Belle Glade similar to its 100-acre facility near Apopka. The company is still a family affair, with Bill’s brother, Allen Finfrock, serving as CEO and their father, Robert, chairman. Bill is active in the local community, serving for years on the AdventHealth Cancer Institute board and the board of Habitat for Humanity of Seminole County and Greater Apopka.
